Elite is everything in Premium plus full clay decontamination and deep seat cleaning, priced on leather and five seats. Cloth adds $35, seven seats adds $80.

A detail every couple of years is a rescue job, and it is priced like one. A car on a program never gets bad enough to need rescuing, so over a year the program costs less than the rescue jobs it replaces.

Pet hair removal is part of the interior work, not an extra added at the end. Really heavy hair or a car full of beach sand can add to the price, and we give you that number once we have seen the car, never after the job is done. The dog does not need to be crated or boarded for the afternoon.

The water on board is DI, meaning deionised. The minerals have been stripped out of it, so it dries without leaving spots or deposits behind on the paint. Tap water leaves those minerals on the panel as it evaporates, which is where water spots come from, and on a hot day they can etch into the clear coat. It is a small thing, and it decides how the car looks once it has dried.
Signature is typically a few hours, Premium longer, Elite most of a day. You get a real window when you book, and a call if anything changes.
